Objective:This study observed the influence of chaihu guizhi decoction combined with reduced glutathione for injection of patients of chemotherapy drug-induced liver injury(DILI) with lung cancer, esophageal carcinoma or mammary cancer on the liver function, clinical symptoms. To estimate the promotion and treatment of chaihu guizhi decoction to chemotherapeutic DILI. To provide a scientific basis for the efficacy and safety of chaihu guizhi decoction.Methods:96 cases of patients of chemotherapy DILI with lung cancer, esophageal carcinoma or mammary cancer were randomly divide into two group. Each group has 48 cases. The observation group use chaihu guizhi decoction combined with GSH injection, while the control group use reduced glutathione for injection alone. The treatment cycle was two weeks. Measure AST, ALT, TBIL, ALP before the treatment, after one week and after two weeks respectively. Measure syndrome integral before and after the treatment. Observe and compare the numerical changes between the two groups. Results:(l)Liver function. There is a significant statistical significance between observation group and control group in ALT, AST, ALP after one week(P<0.05).But there is no statistical significance in TBIL after one week (P>0.05).There is no statistical significance between the two groups in ALT?AST?TBIL?ALP after two weeks (P>0.05).The data shows that the two groups both have a significant statistical significance with two weeks ago (P<0.05). (2)Efficacy evaluation. Evaluate the liver function of the two groups after one week. The total efficiency of the observation group is 70.5%, and the control group is 60.5%. There is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group is 88.6% after two weeks, and the control group is 69.8%. There is a significant difference between the two groups after two weeks (P<0.05) (3)Syndrome integral. There is a significant difference between the two groups in syndrome integral after two weeks (P<0.01).And the two groups both have a significant statistical significance with two weeks ago (P<0.01).Evaluate the syndrome integral of the two groups. The total efficiency of the observation group is 90.9%, and the control group is 72.1%. There is a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05)Conclusion:Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with reduced glutathione for injection can significantly improve the liver function, clinical symptoms of patients of chemotherapeutic DILI with lung cancer, esophageal carcinoma or mammary cancer. And it is more effective than use reduced glutathione for injection alone.
