The Clinical Observation Of Yangjin Hufei Decoction Combined With GP Regimen To Treat The Patients With Advanced NSCLC And Qi Yin Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangjin hufei decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer,and provide clinical evidence for further research and application.Methods: 80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and the control group was treated with chemotherapy alone.After 2 cycles of treatment,observe the efficacy and safety of the 2 groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the age,sex,stage and other basic data between the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group had no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)Before treatment,treatment group and control group patients with symptoms score,with no significant difference(P > 0.05);after treatment,two groups of symptom scores decreased,the treatment group compared with the control group decreased significantly,after treatment between the two groups compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05);(3)Before treatment patients KPS scores of the two groups were compared statistically significant(P > 0.05).After the treatment,the treatment group KPS score increased significantly compared with those before treatment,control group did not increase significantly,between the two groups compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05);(4)After treatment,the comparison between the two groups,the white blood cell reduction,after statistical analysis,there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Platelet,hemoglobin,liver function,renal function,and digestive tract reaction,the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)In the tumor remission rate,tumor stable rate,treatment group compared with control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(6)Before treatment,the level of CEA in the treatment group for 32.56 + 10.17,30.64 + 9.84 in the control group,the level of CEA,between the two groups compared statistically significant(P > 0.05),with CEA levels in the two groups was decreased after treatment,between the two groups compared statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion: According to the type of deficiency of both qi and Yin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,chemotherapy combined Yangjin hufei decoction,can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms,and can reduce the chemotherapy related toxicity,improve the patient's quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
