This paper mainly study on the quality analysis of chrysanthemum in Henan province,the content can be divided into the following four aspects:The first part is the analysis of the quality of chrysanthemum processed by different methods in Henan province.The fresh chrysanthemum samples are collected from 3 areas in Henan province(Xinzheng,Sanmenxia and Xinyang),then the samples are dried in 3 methods respectively:directly drying,drying after steaming and drying after frying,determinate the content of total flavonoids,buddleoside and chlorogenic acid.The results showed that the effects of different processing methods on the content of effective ingredients of chrysanthemum are different.Chrysanthemum is harvested in autumn and winter,although the method of direct drying is simple,but it can be easily influenced by external environment such as temperature,drying after steaming and drying after frying both have undergoing a process of being heating to a high temperature,the samples can be dried quickly,so drying after steaming and drying after frying are better drying methods in the harvest of chrysanthemum.There is no unified standard for steaming time of chrysanthemum,in the experiment,take total flavonoids,buddleoside and chlorogenic acid as investigation index,compare the effects of different steaming time on chrysanthemum,results show that when steaming for 5 minutes after the water was boiled,the content of effective ingredients are in a high level.The second part is the application of near infrared spectroscopy in the quality analysis of chrysanthemum in Henan province.In qualitative analysis,discriminant analysis is used to distinguish chrysanthemum samples of different areas in Henan province and chrysanthemum samples of different drying methods in each area,qualitative models are established and the results show that all samples can be accurately classified,the analysis results are of high accuracy.In quantitative analysis,quantitative models of total flavonoids,buddleoside and chlorogenic acid of different processing methods are established,the quantitative analysis models are of high prediction accuracy and can be used to determinate the content of total flavonoids,buddleoside and chlorogenic acid of chrysanthemum in Henan provincequickly.The third part is the HPLC fingerprint analysis of chrysanthemum and the bud of chrysanthemum in Henan province.Analysis the HPLC fingerprint of chrysanthemum of different areas and different processing methods in Henan province,and establish a common pattern.Calculate the similarity,the result shows that similarity differences among different areas are obvious,and within the same region similarity differences among different processing methods are small,so the difference of chrysanthemum samples among different areas are bigger than the difference of chrysanthemum samples among different processing methods within the same region.Analysis the HPLC fingerprint of chrysanthemum bud,the common pattern of HPLC fingerprint of chrysanthemum bud is similar to the common pattern of chrysanthemum,but with less common peaks,that means during the chrysanthemum bud grow to bloom,there are accumulation and change of some chemical substances.The fourth part is the quality analysis of different parts of chrysanthemum.In four harvest time,collect the 5 different parts of chrysanthemum(bud,flower,leaf,tender stem and old stem),determinate the content of total flavonoids,buddleoside and chlorogenic acid,determinate chemical constituents in the essential oil from different parts of chrysanthemum by GC-MS.Results show that by the end of October to early November,the contents of effective ingredients in chrysanthemum bud and flower are in a high level,so the quality is better when harvested in this period;the determination of effective ingredients and chemical constituents in the essential oil show that there are differences between chrysanthemum bud and flower;the determination of effective ingredients and chemical constituents in the essential oil of leaf and stems show that as non medicinal parts,there are still effective ingredients in leaf and stems,and the contents of effective ingredients change with different harvest time.
