| Objective: This topic in Chinese medicine theory as the instruction,clinical experience under the guidance of tutor,through observation of the treatment in the process of clinical symptom and objective indexes such as the determination of reproductive endocrine hormone,sight,fundus fluorescence angiography,optical cohenrence tomography treatment.To observe comprehensive curative effect of the nei zhang bing zhu fang for treatment of Vein type Yu Zu of Wet age-related macular de-generation.To provide scientific basis for treatment Wet age-related macular de-generation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Will be diagnosed with WARMD Vein type Yu Zu type patients with 60 cases(79 eyes),were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each;Including oral treatment group(40 eyes)with cataract disease the nei zhang bing zhu fang,the control group(39 eyes)with oral Dan hong hua yu oral liquid.The two groups of all drugs in accordance with the regulations.Detailed look at situation changes before and after treatment group and control group,the sight,fundus,fundus fluorescein angiography,optical cohenrence tomography and general physicai condition.Results:(1)Comprehensive curative effect:treatment group 30 cases,the total effective rate was 93.3%.Control group 30 cases,the total effective rate was 66.7%.There were statistically significant(P < 0.05),account for the nei zhang bing zhu fang for the treatment of Wet age-related macular de-generation of Vein type Yu Zu type is better than the Danhonghuayu oral soulution.(2)Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: In treatment group 30 cases,the total effective rate was 86.7.%.Control group 30 cases,the total effective rate was 66.7%.Difference syndromes curative effect comparison of the two groups(P < 0.05)significant statistical significance,and the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.(3)Eyesight repect:Two groups of visual acuity improved after treatment.Two groups before treatment eyesight comparison results no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(4)In improving aspects of fundus: Treatment groupe ffective rate was 92.5%,Control group ffective rate was 71.8%.The two groups there was a significant difference(P <0.05)after treatment.(5)In improving aspects of OCT : in treatment group 40 eyes,the total effective rate was 87.5%.Control group 39 eyes,the total effective rate was 87.2%.The result of two groups(P <0.05)had statistical significance.Conclusion:(1)The nei zhang bing zhu fang Can improve vein type Yu Zu Wet age-related macular degeneration in patients with clinical symptoms,improve eyesight,promotes retinal hemorrhage absorption of warts,glass membrane.(2)nei zhang bing zhu fang has invigorate the circulation of depression and ope:the effect of improving eyesight,moist in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration context Yu Zu type,can clearly improve the patient,s constitution,to treat and preevent diseases.(3)The nei zhang bing zhu fang vein Yu Zu type in the treatment of patients with wet age-related macular degeneration,the curative effect is superior to the approved by Dan hong hua yu Oral Soulution.(4)The nei zhang bing zhu fang takeing safe and effective,and easy to accept patients,have good social and economic benefits. |
