Research On Professor Hou Jianghong’s Experience In Pediatric Consultation Based On Data Analysis

Objective:Through clinical learning with teachers,analysis of outpatient cases and reading tutors’ papers and books,this paper summarizes the characteristics of Professor Hou Jianghong’s pediatric consultation,in order to provide some reference for pediatric clinical consultation.Methods:Select the cases of patients who attended Professor Hou Jianghong’s outpatient clinic from September 2018 to September 2019.Cases were screened in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria,and a total of 1,730 cases were collected.Preserve and sort out the original data,and input it into Excel after standardized processing.SPSS25.0 was used to carry out frequency analysis on gender,age,type and distribution of diseases and consultation information and so on,so as to further study the consultation experience of Professor Hou Jianghong.Results:1.Statistics of diseases involved in this study1)A total of 35 diseases were included in this study,mainly involving lung diseases(53.47%)and spleen and stomach diseases(17.98%).2)Coughing in the pulmonary system diseases accounted for the highest,at48.32%,indigestion in the spleen and stomach disease accounted for the highest,at36.98%.3)Among all diseases,the top six were cough(25.84%),chronic cough(11.04%),cold(10.12%),fever(8.73%),sub-health(8.21%)and indigestion(6.65%).Professor Hou Jianghong believes that the sub-health state of children is closer to the disease state,and even in the pre-disease state.Therefore,sub-health and disease were analyzed together.2.Frequency analysis of consultation information1)There were 320 kinds of consultation information involved in this study,which appeared 9833 times.Among them,there were 86 kinds of high-frequency consultation information,which appeared 8920 times,accounting for 91% of all consultation information.2)Among the high-frequency interrogation information,there were 40 kinds of non-symptom information,accounting for 47.07% of the high-frequency interrogation information.3)The non-symptom information involved in this study mainly had 10 aspects.In addition to gender,age,medication,order from high to low was prone to disease(30.91%),sleep(25.41%),diet(15.69%)and emotion(12.50%),growth(7.10%),prior history(5.67%),sports(2.71%).3.The distribution of non-symptomatic information in high-frequency consul-tation information among diseases1)There were 18 kinds of predisposing diseases,of which more than 20% were easy to accumulate food.Easy to accumulate food was the most distributed in indigestion,accounting for 33.91%,followed by sub-health,cough,accounting for21.83%,19.91%.2)There were 2 kinds of non-symptom information of sleep,the main information was poor sleep at night,accounting for more than 90%.Poor sleep at night accounted for a higher proportion of high-frequency diseases.3)There were 7 kinds of non-symptom information about diet,among which the frequency of more than 20% was unrestrained diet and fat liking and sweet taste.Improper diet accounted for 16.52% and 15.66% of stagnation and cough,respectively.The proportion of liking fat,sweet and thick flavor accounted for 11.30%and 10.79% respectively in stagnation and sub-health.4)Emotion types of non-symptom information contained five,more than 20%were impatience and irritability.Impatience and irritability was relatively high in chronic cough and stagnation,which were 26.18% and 24.35% respectively.5)There was one kind of non-symptom information of growth,which was growth lag.Growth retardation accounted for 26.09% of dyspepsia and 19.90% of chronic cough.6)There were 6 kinds of non-symptom information involved in past history,of which more than 20% were pneumonia history.The history of pneumonia accounted for the highest proportion of chronic cough(13.09%),followed by stagnation(7.83%).7)There was one kind of non-symptom information of exercise,that was,dislike exercise.The proportion of dislike exercise in cough was 11.63%.Conclusion:1.Professor Hou Jianghong’s clinical consultation mainly focuses on indirect consultation,attach importance to the choice of illness condition narrator,around the main complaint,combined with the main points of consultation and concomitant symptoms for comprehensive consultation.2.Professor Hou Jianghong attaches importance to the consultation of non-symptom information(such as sleep,diet,emotion,etc.),which can assist in syndrome differentiation and treatment,identify physique and play a positive role in disease early warning.
