| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jieduhuoxue Prescription Treatment of blood stasis and toxin type of Ig A nephropathy, in order to give full play to the traditional Chinese medicine advantage, improve the level of treatment of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:We collected Blood Stasis and Toxin stasis Type Ig A Nephropat hy 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group(30cases).The control group received antibiotic s,anticoagulants,blood pressure,lipid and other western medicine trea tment group on the basis of Western medicine symptomatic treatment ba sed on the use Jieduhuoxue square,4 weeks for a course of treatment,t wo courses of treatment was observed in patients with red blood cell count in urine,24 h urine protein,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen chang e,and symptoms and signs of quantized score to determine its efficac y.Results:Compare The grade of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 60%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The symptoms of treatment group were better than before treatment(P<0.05),the control group only in improving hematuria,sore throat,pain,low back pain,numbness of the limbs have good curative effect(P<0.05),and the efficacy is less than the treatment group(P<0.05).Two groups can significantly improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine(P<0.01),the treatment group in improving the TCM symptoms than the control group(P<0.01).In the 24 h urine protein and urine red blood cell,the two groups after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Two groups of treatment had no significant effect on renal function.Conclusion:Jieduhuoxue Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis and toxin type Ig A nephropathy significantly in improving symptoms and reduce proteinuria,reduce urinary erythrocytes better than the control group, showing the advantages. |
