Clinical Research On Qihuang Tangshen Prescription To Interfere In The Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Qi And Yin, Mutual Blockage Of Damp And Blood Stasis In Early Detabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To discuss the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine about early diabetic nephropathy by using prescription of replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin,removing blood stasis and alleviating water retention. Through the randomized controlled clinical trials,the purpose of it is to observe the clinical efficacy of this method in treating the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin,mutual blockage of damp and blood stasis of early diabetic nephropathy and to investigate the mechanism of this method.Methods:With a randomized and controlled study method,60 patients with the syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin,mutual blockage of damp and blood stasis of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly classified into two groups. Besides the intervention of western medicine, the patients of the treatment group (n=30) were treated by Chinese medicine while the patients of control group (n=30) were not. Three months was a course of treatment. The observed indexes included the related indicators (ACR,UTP,SCr,CysC, blood glucose,HbA1c,blood pressure, lipid, symptom scores, as well as safety indicators. All data were analyzed by the SPSS 19.0 statistics software.Results:Before treatment, the gender, age,course of disease of the two groups had no differences(P>0.05).①two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison:treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 66.67%,the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group (P< 0.05).②two groups of curative effect of proteinuria-related indicators:The ACR, UTP of the two groups were both decreased, compared with pre-treatment there is statistically significant (P<0.01).And the treatment group had an advantage over the control group(P<0.05).③two groups of curative effect of renal function-related indicators:The SCr,CysC of the two groups were decreased, compared with pre-treatment there is statistically significant (P<0.01).Compared with the two groups,the treatment group has a statistically significant in SCr(P<0.05),and a signicificant advantage in CysC(P<0.01).④two groups of anti-hypertensive effect:The SBP,DBP of the two groups were both decreased,compared with pre-treatment there is statistically significant (P<0.01).But after treatment,there was little significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).(5)two groups of hypoglycemic effect:After treatment,the FBG,PBG,HbA1c of the two groups were decreased, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05),and no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).⑥two groups of lipid-lowering effect:the TG,TC,LDL-C of the treatment group were decreased,the HDL-C of them were elevated, compared with pre-treatment there is a remarkable statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared with the two groups,the treatment group has a statistically significant in TC,TG,LDL-C(P<0.05),and a remarkable advantage in HDL-C (P<0.01).⑦two groups of security indicators:liver function tests was within normal range.Both groups were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:From the preliminary clinical research,the qihuang shemao drink can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also can decrease the albuminuria excretion,improve the kidney functions and lower lipid level.Meanwhile,it can stabilize blood glucose and blood pressure changes in a certain extent.It is safe and effective has a broad prospect of application. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
