Objective:Analysis of the effect of type C humeral intercondylar fractures postoperative rehabilitation related factors, provide basis for therapy of elbow joint function after fracture surgery in order to maximize the recovery of humeral intercondylar type C.Methods :This study selected from September 2012 to June 2014 the Department of orthopedics of Shandong Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital admitted to hospital 30 cases of type C intercondylar fracture of humerus in hospitalized patients. The 30 patients underwent surgical treatment, median incision were harvested after LC-DCP underwent open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of steel plate. After summarizing the medical records of patients, randomized(double-blind) group, divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received conventional elbow joint functional exercise guidance. In the treatment group were given elbow active passive combined with rehabilitation exercise and after incision suture removal, the incision healed under the premise of good give shuluoling topical. Observe two groups of patients with elbow joint function recovery. The Mayo elbow function(MEPS) standard for evaluation of the recording and analysis of elbow function in patients after the application of the modified Cassebaum criterion of classification of group cases of elbow joint motion. The application of VAS standard for evaluation of pain sensation pain score. Comparison and recorded after 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months of elbow joint function recovery. Results:Healing within 2 weeks after surgery in patients with surgical incision. No injury of nerves and blood vessels of the forearm. The patients in the treatment group did not appear in the process of application of shuluoling in skin allergies and other symptoms. For sixth weeks after operation the patients were shooting elbow lateral x-ray. Results two groups of patients with postoperative humeral intercondylar fractures healed well, no obvious signs of nonunion and delayed union. Two groups of patients after 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months of treatment group patients with elbow joint function recovery was significantly better than the control group, significant difference(P<0.05), the results were statistically significant. Conclusion:The posterior midline incision reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of humeral condylar fracture and early functional exercise and with topical shuluoling can effectively promote the limb elbow joint function recovery. It is worthy of clinical application.
