There is a fracture nonunion,no myositis ossificans.Conelusion:The main method for this fraetures is osteosynthesis.with dual-Plate(DP), fixed with dual - Plate(DP)is rigid as well as reliable..And it is a goodway to manage the fraettlres of distalhumerus. And the use of olecranon osteotomy approach is superior to triceps snake-like petals.
