Clinical Study On Treatment Starting From The Liver Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: This thesis try to Prove professor zhang's treatment starting from liver of psoriasis vulgaris is effeetive and valuable by clinical study, and this is a new treatment idea and dialectical treatment of TCM treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Method: Collected in the Shandong Provincial Hospital dermatology clinic 80 cases of psoriasis vulgaris, divided into ganjingxuere group, ganjingshire group, ganjingyure group, ganxuxuezao group, gived qingganliangxuetang ? jiaweilongdanxiegantang ?yujinxiaoyintang?runzaoxiaoyintang, referral every 2 weeks, with the total observation period of 8 weeks. Develop clinical observation form and emotional self-rating scale, fill the table at the end of the eighth week and at the beginning of the first week. According these lesions PASI score before and after the treatment to analyze curative effect, through the emotional self rating scale to analyze the correlation of psychological factors with psoriasis vulgaris, through the record of the patient's adverse reactions to monitor the side effect of drugs.Results: After treatment, the total markedly effective rate was 72.5%, the total effective rate was 97.5%. Before treatment PASI score was(17.82±5.23), after treatment PASI score was(5.66±6.26)(P <0.01), PASI after treatment decreased significantly than PASI before treatment(P<0.01). Before treatment SAS score averages(53.28±10.39), SDS score averages(56.61±11.77);After treatment SAS score averages(42.34±11.77), SDS score averages(42.35±13.53), score after treatment is lower than score before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: The treatment from "liver" of psoriasis vulgaris has clinical curative effect, Teacher Zhang's self administered oral prescriptions for psoriasis vulgaris are proved to have high efficient and less side effects.Anxiety, depression and other emotional factors to the onset of development with psoriasis vulgaris have certain effect, the tutor experience can reduce the unhealthy feelings of the patients with psoriasis.
