Psoriasis is a kind of dermatosis that is commonly seen, chronic and inflammatory. Its characteristic is silvery white scale trifles, the phenomenon of membrane and dotty hemorrhage. The trait is stubborn and High recurrence rate, so it is classified as domestic and international prevention and treatment of skin in the field of basic research, is one of dermatology research in the field of a hot topic too. Currently western medicine due to illness of the disease has not yet fully known, yet potent drugs. Traditional of Chinese medicine(TCM)research in recent years done a great deal of useful work in this disease, practice has proved that TCM in the treatment of psoriasis, with considerable advantages, the use of TCM Syndrome Types of treatment, the effect can be achieved clinical cure.This thesis try to prove professor Zhu's differential treatment of psoriasis is effective and valuable by clinical study, and this is a new treatment ideas and dialectical treatment of TCM treatment of psoriasis.This thesis includes literature survey, the therapeutic experience of professor Zhu and clinical study.The literature survey includes two parts. A large number of documents about Psoriasis(Ps) are collected and analyzed in both parts. The first part is about the overview of pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation-based treatment of Ps in traditional of Chinese medicine(TCM). The second part is about the research and treatment of Ps in modern medicine. My tutor, professor Zhu, has accumulated a wealth of clinical experiences in psoriasis treatment. His clinical experiences are summed up in second part. The accuracy and effectiveness of syndrome differentiation-based treatment are further confirmed by the observation of the therapeutic efficacy.
