The Randomized Controlled Clinical Research Of Jinye Baidu Granule Treating Wind-warm Lung-heat Disease-heat In Lung-wei Certificate

Objective:Compounding Shuanghua granules as control group,to observe the therapeutic effect of Jinyebaidu granules in the treatment of Wind-warm Lung-heat disease-Heat in lung-Wei certificate,and assess it’s effectiveness and safety.Methods:To observe the clinical experiment of the patients Visitding to Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospita between December 2014 to December 2015 and Diagnosed as Wind-warm Lung-heat disease-Heat in lung-Wei certificate.The design method of random grouping and positive drug parallel control was adopted.Compounding Shuanghua granules as control group,to observe the therapeutic effect of Jinyebaidu granules in the treatment of Wind-warm Lung-heat disease-Heat in lung-Wei certificate,to observe it’s effect in cooling time,the improvement of symptoms and signs and the results of blood test,to determine its effectiveness and safety.Results:This study included 60 cases.(1)The total number of experimental group was 30 cases,Among them 19 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective;The number of cases in the control group was 30,Among them 18 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective;Clinical study showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90%, and the total effective rate was 86.7% in the control group.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.(2)In the course of the experiment there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was 0% and There is no allergic to this drug.Comprehensive analysis of the test results showed no significant side effects.Conclusions:Jinyebaidu granules and compound Shuanghua granules have the same curative effect in total clinical therapeutic effect.Jinyebaidu granules has the clinical application of clearing away heat and toxin,and the curative effect for Wind-warm Lung-heat disease-Heat in lung-Wei certificate is safe and effective.
