Objective To explore the physiological effect of acute nonnovolemic hemodilution on the patients after operation on hip joint. Methods 38 patients needed on hip joint were selected and treated with continuous peridural anesthesia and compound injection of sodium chloride (5ml/kg/h). The blood was collected with 15ml/kg after anesthesia and their BP, HR, SpO2 were continuously observed, and diluted with equal volume of polygelation. The polygelation and crystalloid solution were injected during the operation, and retransfusion self-blood was taken after operation. The blood routine examination, blood coagulation (PT, APTT) and blood rheology were detected on different spot of operation. Results The blood viscosity and coagulation factors after diluting was decreased so that the level of oxygen in tissue was sufficient. Conclusion The middling acute normovolemic hemodilution can applied on operation of hip joint and has better physiological effect.
