Objective: Through posterior vertebral lamina decompression all fixed pedicle screw-rod unilateral reform TLIF in the decompression intervertebral fusion in the treatment of degenerative lumbar instability and lumbar spinal stenosis, compare the intervertebral fusion with decompression bone block and Cage autologous bone blocks of postoperative therapeutic effects of two kinds of fusion materials, to study the self decompression of bone block in the value of intervertebral fusion.Methods: Using the posterior vertebral plate decompression with pedicle screw-rod fixed unilateral reform TLIF in the cases of 42 cases of intervertebral fusion surgery, treatment group of 24 cases with autologous pure decompression bone block for intervertebral fusion materials, the control group 18 cases with Cage with autologous bone as vertebral fusion material. Analysis of clinical data of two groups, compared to two kinds of treatment of osseous healing time, intervertebral fusion rate, the differences between the intervertebral disc height and curative effect..Results: 42 patients were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months, an average of 16 months, two groups of patients in the age, sex ratio, degree of lumbar instability, and follow-up time difference had no statistical significance(p > 0.05); Two groups of patients in the clinical curative effect difference had no statistical significance(p > 0.05); Comparison between treatment group and control group after surgery in patients with intervertebral height loss of the differences of no statistical significance(p > 0.05); The treatment group and control group in intervertebral fusion rate differences had no statistical significance(p > 0.05).Conclusion: Using self decompression of bone block fusion in the treatment of degenerative lumbar instability and lumbar spinal stenosis, high fusion rate, postoperative intervertebral height to maintain good, clinical curative effect is satisfied, design scientific and reasonable, fewer complications, and waste for the treatment of degenerative lumbar instability and lumbar spinal stenosis provides economic, practical and clinical efficacy of treatment.
