Clinical Research On Treatment Of Early Lower Extremity Atherosclerotic Disease Of Type 2 Diabetes By Qushi Huoxue Tang

Objective:Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Qushi Huoxue Tang in ShiYu on type 2 diabetes with early lower extremity atherosclerotic disease patients, and to probe its mechanism, to improve the life quality of the patients with type 2 diabetic early lower extremity atherosclerotic disease.Method:The patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria with early lower extremity atherosclerotic disease of type 2 diabetes were randomly allocated into two groups, the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). Each one based on the basic treatment, the control group was given beraprost sodium tablets, usage and dosage:40?g P.O TID; the treatment group based on the given Qushi Huoxue Tang decoction 200 ml each time, 2 times a day, warm clothes. Eight weeks were observed in this study. Main efficacy index: fasting blood-glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, hemoglobin A 1c, total cholesterol, triglyceride, fibrinogen, ankle brachial index, the clinical symptom and symptom synthesis grading and the double lower limb artery colour to exceed score.Result:The total efficiency of the treatment group is 83.33%, total efficiency is 63.33% in the control group, so we can draw a conclusion that the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Both can lower the blood glucose and blood lipid, but the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving fibrinogen, ankle brachial index, the clinical symptom and symptom synthesis grading and the double lower limb artery colour to exceed score(P<0.05) by the clinical research.Conclusion: Qushi Huoxue Tang can improve the blood glucose, blood lipid, fibrinogen, ankle brachial index, the clinical symptom and symptom synthesis grading and the double lower limb artery colour to exceed score in type 2 diabetic patients with early lower extremity atherosclerotic disease. What's more, Qushi Huoxue Tang can improve the prevention of type 2 diabetic early lower extremity atherosclerotic disease and the quality of patients life.
