Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Bell Palsy With Daqinjiao Decoction And Medicine

Objective: Through observing the effect of Daqinjiao decoction in treating Bell palsy,we can better service to the Patients In order to promote the application in clinical.Methods: The 72 cases of Bell's palsy patients were randomly divided into two groups, the use of conventional Western medicine, given prednisone, acyclovir, mecobalamin other drugs, the treatment group were given prescriptions Daqin macrophylla soup on the basis of conventional therapy, 10 days for a course of treatment, the statistical effect in 10 days.Results:(1) the clinical efficacy: treatment group, the total efficiency of 94.44%, the total efficiency of the control group, 88.89%, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(2) facial nerve function score: treatment can significantly increase the facial nerve function scores compared with the control group there were significant differences(P <0.05). Aspects(3) TCM symptoms efficacy: treatment group, the total efficiency of 94.44%, the control group, the total efficiency of 86.11%, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(4) facial nerve score: the treatment group significantly increased facial nerve scores, compared with the control group there were significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion: Integrative treatment for Bell's palsy has a good effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve clinical outcomes, Daqin macrophylla soup and promote the use of research value.
