Hejie Zhengwo Soup In The Clinical Study Of Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis

objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and solution of Hejie zhengwo soup in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis,and to evaluate its safety,provide the basis for further clinical application.Methods: In this study,a randomized,controlled clinical trial,60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n =30).The treatment group were given Hejie zhengwo soup combined with basic treatment,the control group were given basic treatment,two groups were treated for two weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in two groups were compared and evaluated by House-Brackmann(H-B),Portmann score and Sunnybrook score.Results:Changes in House-Brackmann(H-B)rating of patients showed: By means of the treatment group and control group in the House-Brackmann(H-B)level in statistics.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment.The treatment group compared with control group before and after the treatment,the results have.significant differences The results showed that the House-Brackmann(H-B)level of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.After treatment,there was a difference between the two groups(P <0.05).treatment group and control group were significantly different,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Efficiency of the treatment group was 96.67%,markedly effective rate of 83.33%;Efficiency of the control group was 83.33%,markedly effective rate of 43.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group.Changes in Portmann score of patients showed: Through to the treatment group and control group Portmann scale in statistics.The treatment group and control group comparison between groups before treatment has no obvious difference.The treatment group compared with control group before and after the treatment,the results have.significant differences The results showed that the Portmann scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.After treatment,there was a difference between the two groups(P <0.05).treatment group and control group were significantly different,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Changes in Sunnybrook score of patients showed: Through the Sunnybrook research scores of treatment group and control group here was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment The treatment group compared with control group before and after the treatment.,and after treatment the results were significantly different,indicating that the two groups of Sunnybrook score after treatment were significantly improved.After treatment,there was a difference between the two groups(P <0.05),the treatment group and the control group were different,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Hejie Zhengwo soup has a good clinical efficacy and high safety for peripheral facial paralysis,and can further study its mechanism to better promote the application.
