Clinical Research On Hysteromyoma By Flumigating The Navel With Chinese Herbs Beneath The Moxa Cone

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of flumigating the Navel With Chinese Herbs beneath the Moxa Cone on treatment of Hysteromyoma, and comparing the before and after treatment in patients with uterine fibroids size changes,and the improvement of the symptoms,discuss the mechanism for the treatment of hysteromyoma, further to provide a new and effective method for the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods: Select 40 hysteromyoma patients and devide them randomly into treatment group, in which patients will be treated with flumigating the Navel With Chinese Herbs beneath the Moxa Cone, and control group, in which patients will be treated with acupuncture. Every patient will be treated for 3 courses, a course of 1 menstrual cycle. The doctor will compare the before and after treament in patients with uterine fibroids quantitative integral signs and symptoms. Results: 1. Comparation of clinical effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group is 95%,which of the control group is 90%. The clinical effect of the two groups is not significantly different(P>0.05). 2. Comparation of symptoms and signs to quantify the inegral : The symptoms and signs to quantify the integral of all patients is significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01). The decreasement of the two groups is not significantly different(P>0.05). 3. Comparation of uterine fibroid volume change: The uterine fibroid volume change of all patients is significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01). The decreasement of the two groups is not significantly different(P>0.05). Conclusions: Flumigating the Navel With Chinese Herbs beneath the Moxa Cone can improve the signs and symptoms of patients with uterine fibroids,significantly reduce the volume of uterine fibroids,is a kind of security for the treatment of uterine fibroids,easy,green and effective method,worth the clinical promoted application.
