| Purpose:This research observes the clinical curative effect of injection of Yiqifumai which can prevent and treat of cardiac toxicity caused by ANT.To explore new ways and ideas of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat of this kind of cardiactoxicity.Methods:The December 2013-December 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional line chemotherapy containing ANT.60 patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,The control group was chemotherapy group,the experimental group was injection of Yiqifumai connected with chemotherapy group.Diseases including breast cancer,malignant lymphoma,soft tissue sarcoma.ANT includes ADM,EPI and THP.ECG performance,cTnT,CK-MB,NT-pro BNP,LVEF,symptom scores were recorded before chemotherapy,after 2 cycles of chemotherapy and 4 cycles of chemotherapy.Results: 1.ECG:ECG abnormalities after 2 cycles of chemotherapy was no significant difference(P>0.05),after 4 cycles of chemotherapy was no statistically significant;with the accumulation of abnormal ECG ANT dose rate increase occurs,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. 2.cTnT :After 2 cycles of chemotherapy c TnT had no difference in the mean level(P>0.05),after four cycles of chemotherapy had no significant difference; increases as the number of cycles of chemotherapy,cTnT value increased,by the group within two comparison, had no increase statistically significant difference(P>0.05). 3.CK-MB:Within and between groups by t-test, CK-MB levels were not significantly different between the number(all P> 0.05). 4.NT-proBNP:Between the two groups by t-test, after four cycles of chemotherapy between the two groups had statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Canon analysis and comparison of two groups,the control group after four cycles of chemotherapy comparison with the previous chemotherapy(P<0.01),there is a statistically significant difference; compare after 2 cycles of chemotherapy(P<0.05),significant difference; in the experimental group, two groups compare all P>0.05, had no significant difference. 5.LVEF:LVEF between the two groups are relatively a few levels, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);within and between groups analyzed and compared with the value of two cycles of chemotherapy,LVEF increased slightly lower,but had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). 6.NT-proBNP and LVEF correlation test results at the 0.05 level,there was a negativ-e correlation between them,R2=0.0473,P<0.05,that was,with NT-proBNP concentration,reduced LVEF values. 7.Symptom scores:Integration within and between groups by t-test, the two groups were significantly different,all P<0.05. 8.Security Analysis:Patients with liver and kidney function between the two groups by the group and within-group analysis,showed no significant difference,suggesting that injection of Yiqifumai application is safe.Conclusion:1.ECG for monitoring the clinical significance of early myocardial damage, with the accumulation of abnormal ECG ANT dose rate increase occurs,Yiqifumai injection interventions can effectively reduce the incidence of abnormal ECG; 2.cTn T for monitoring the clinical significance of early myocardial injury,Yiqifumai injection can reduce cTnT values; 3.CK-MB,LVEF can not stand alone as indicators for monitoring early myocardial injury; 4.NT-proBNP can be used as ANT-related cardiotoxicity observed indicators, injection of Yiqifumai intervention can significantly reduce the level of NT-proBNP;NT-proBNP and LVEF were negatively correlated,that is the higher NT-proBNP value,the lower LVEF value,when abnormal LVEF does not appear elevated NT-proBNP have emerged,so the latter can be early detection of myocardial injury,while monitoring the higher specificity; 5.With the increase of Yiqifumai injection pulse dose and treatment use,Qiyinliangxu symptoms and quality of life improved. |
