Study On Medication Regularity Of Professor Zhang Baoqing In Treatment Of Infant EB Virus Infection

Objective: To explore the rules and characteristics of Professor Zhang Baoqing in treatment of infant EB virus infection, and then summarize her experiences of clinical medication of it.Methods: Collect prescriptions of Children with EB virus infection who were cured by Professor Zhang from September 2014 to August 2015 in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital, count drug basic information and analyze the rules in drug usages using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system software, then discuss the rules in drug usages of Professor Zhang.Results: According to 203 cases selected, 166 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved, the use of the total frequency is 2283, and the frequency of 38 kinds of medicine is more than 20, the cumulative frequency is 70.35%, in which, liquorice, fritillary, skullcap, forsythia, scrophulariae, Radix Rehmanniae, Pinelliae, honeysuckle, Rhizoma Belamcandae are the core drugs in treatment of infant EB virus infection. Among the commonly used drugs in the treatment of this disease, antipyretic medicine are the most used, accounted for 37.56%, followed by expectorant, cough and asthma medicine, the three are leading drugs to the disease. The Medicinal properties of those drugs mainly to cold; medical taste to bitter, sweet, pungent; Medicine meridian is arranged by frequency of use, the top two is in the lung and stomach, the cumulative frequency is 43.89%.Summarize the commonly used drugs and do correlation analysis, and extract drug pairs and correlation coefficients using the method of mutual information based, form 17 commonly used drug pairs, 13 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions, finally got the main effects: clearing away heat and toxic, relieving phlegm and dampness, Supplementing qi and nourishing yin.Conclusion: Professor Zhang believes that the main pathogenesis of infant EB virus infection is: children feeling warm-heat toxin(EB virus), then heat toxin flourishing, phlegm and heat intermingling; So the responsive treatment is: on the base of clearing away heat and toxic, relieving phlegm, combined with clinical manifestations, cooling the blood of who and relieving the dampness of who is with dampness, latter supplementing qi and nourishing yin.
