Objective:To investigate the distribution of TCM syndrome types of dyslipidemia through a retrospective analysis of 220 cases of patients with dyslipidemia in the collection. Preliminary analysis of the correlation between serumlipid, apolipoprotein, CRP and other biochemical factors and carotid atherosclerosis in 130 patients with dyslipidemia and type 2 diabetic peripheral vascular disease,as well as the correlation between biochemical factors and CIMT and Crouse plaque score in various TCM Syndrome Types. To clarify the relationship between blood lipid and peripheral vascular disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus and provide reference for the treatment of dyslipidemia and prevention of type 2 diabetic peripheral vascular disease by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Collected patients’ information, and statistical methods were used to find out the correlation between dyslipidemia indexes and CIMT, crouse plaque score and plaque level integral, and the distribution of this kind of correlation in each TCM syndrome types. All data were analyzed using SPSS19.0statistical softwareResults:1.The awareness rate of dyslipidemia was only 18.63% in 220 patients withdyslipidemia.2.220 cases of patients with dyslipidemia, the prevalence population was concentrated in the 51-70 age group.3.220 cases of lipid abnormalities in patients with different TCM syndrome type, the average level of TG: Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney>Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, Sputum stasis syndrome>Qi stagnation and blood stasis type; the average level of TC/HDL-C: Phlegm stasis syndrome>Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.4.130 cases of lipids abnormalities associated with type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease, TC, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C and Lp(a) were positively related with CIMT. HDL-C、ApoA/B and CIMT was negative correlation,ApoB was positively related with CIMT and plaque level integral, Lp(a)and Crouse plaque score was positively correlation. Age was positively correlated with Crouse plaque score and plaque level integral, HbA1c was positively correlated with plaque level integral.5.In 130 patients with lipid abnormalities associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral vascular disease five TCM syndrome types,Phlegm turbidity obstructing TC/HDL-C ratio and CIMT was positively correlated, LP(a) was positive correlation with Crouse plaque score and CIMT,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney ApoA/B and CIMT was negative correlation, Hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency in TC, ApoA and crouse plaque score were positively correlated, Qi stagnation and Blood Stasis Type TC/HDL-C ratio, apoB and CIMT were positive correlation, LDL-C, apoB and Crouse plaque score were positive correlation.Conclusion:1.The awareness rate of dyslipidemia patients is low,and the incidence of elderly population is high.2.In patients with dyslipidemia and type 2 diabetic peripheral vascular disease,Age,TC, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C, ApoB, Lp(a) and HbA1c were the risk factorsfor the occurrence of diabetic peripheral vascular disease. ApoA/B and HDL-C are the protective factors of diabetic peripheral vascular diseases.3.When Phlegm turbidity obstructing type of dyslipidemia was complicated with type 2 diabetes,we should pay close attention to TC/HDL-C and Lp(a) levels, when the ratio of TC/HDL-C was increased, the risk of patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease will increase, Lp(a) and the severity of diabetic peripheral vascular disease was positively correlated. When Liver kidney yin deficiency type of dyslipidemia was complicated with type 2 diabetes, the incidence of diabetic peripheral vascular disease decreased with the increase of ApoA/B. Patients with abnormal blood lipid hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type, when complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the severity of diabetic peripheral vascular disease increased with the increase of TC and ApoA. Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of abnormal blood lipids, when complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, diabetic peripheral vascular disease incidence and TC/HDL-C ratio, ApoB were into positive correlation,LDL-C、ApoB and the severity of diabetic peripheral vascular disease were positively correlated.
