The Clinical Observation Of Tongfu Qingyi Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective: Through clinical randomized controlled trial, to evaluate effectiveness and safety of Tongfu qingyi decoction for acute pancreatitis patients. It's aim to guide clinical practice.Methods:1. Cases came from in shanxi YangMei group general hospital digests medical inpatients in October 2014 to January 2016.Collected 60 cases who was accordance with the standard, based on the principles of random, divided into experimental group and control group 30 cases in each one. Gave same western medicine treatment in two groups, and control group gave water enema, experimental group used the general relieving pancreatic enteroclysis,required duration and method of the two groups. Chinese medicine symptom integral,bowel function integral,serum amylase and CT grading change were observed before and after treatment, Analysed clinical efficacy of two group.2. Formula composition: Chaihu 30 g, Huangqin20 g, Shengbaishao30 g, Taizishen20 g,Banxia10g,Zhishi30 g,Houpu30g,Shengdahuang50 g,Xuanmingfen50g,Zhizi20 g,Huanglian10g, Foshou20 g, Wuzhuyu10 g,Wuyao20g,Muxiang20 g,Xuansen30g,Shenggancao 3g.Each vice boiled 400 ml, retention enema 200 ml morning and evening every day.Results: General efficacy: there were no significant difference of the comparison of total clinical efficacy between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the experimental group markedly effective rate was better than control group(P < 0.05).TCM symptoms had significant difference after treatment 5 days(P < 0.05); Bowel function score comparison:two groups of bowel function were improved significantly after treatment(P < 0.01),but the experimental group was better than control group(P < 0.05).Compare CT before and after the treatment,two groups were improved significantly, but has no significant difference(P>0.05).Laboratory parameters:amylase recovery days there was no difference.Hospitalization days has obvious difference between two groups(P < 0.05), the experimental group had shorter hospitalization.Conclusion: The methods of Tongfu qingyi decoction is significant for mild acute pancreatitis(acute phase) who was Fushi rejie., can effectively relieve abdominal pain,bloating. This study find a new way for acute pancreatitis, provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment, improve the patient's quality of life. Has great social benefits andeconomic benefits.
