Clinical Observation Of Qingyi Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Pancreatitis Of Liver Stagnation And Qi Stagnation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingyi Decoction in treating acute pancreatitis with stagnation of liver qi,and to explore the mechanism of its treatment.Materials and methods:from March 2019 to 2020,60 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into Qingyi decoction treatment group and routine treatment group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given fasting water,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,acid-base balance,water and electrolyte balance,intravenous nutrition therapy,antibiotics to prevent infection,intravenous somatostatin 14 peptide,reduce pancreatic secretion,protect pancreatic cells and inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators.On the basis of routine treatment group,Qingyi decoction was added to the treatment group100 ml,Gastric tube injection,3 times a day,2 h.after injection The change time of clinical symptoms was observed,that is,the relief time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension,defecation time,and the physical and chemical indexes of the patients were observed every other day,including the recovery time of hematuria amylase and white blood cells.Results:Compared with the control group in symptoms(abdominal pain,abdominal distension,defecation)relief time and physical and chemical indicators(white blood cell count,blood amylase,urine amylase)recovery time and average hospitalization days,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Therefore,the relief time and average hospitalization days of Qingpancang decoction were better than those of routine treatment group.Conclusion:1.Qingyi decoction can effectively relieve abdominal pain,promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,quickly restore gastrointestinal function and shorten the recovery time of white blood cell count in patients with stagnation of liver and qi.2.Qingyi decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment has a good synergistic effect and can greatly shorten the hospitalization time.3.Qingyi decoction combined with western medicine routine therapy is more effective than western medicine treatment,the whole process has no serious adverse reactions and side effects,so the method is worthy of clinical application.
