The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy With Jinkuishenqiwan Decoction

Objective : By observing the Clinical observation on the treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy(syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang) with Jinkuishenqiwan decoction and Western treatment,to accumulate the experience of traditional Chinese medicine and operation treating Diabetic Nephropathy(DN).Methods : 36 patients who were 40-70 years old with Diabetic Nephropathy(DN)were choosed as research object of this study.The study subjects were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Both of the two groups patients were given routine treatment. Patients in treatment group were treated with convention therapeutic schedule and Jinkuishenqiwan decoction.Observation the changes of uric albumin excretion, Serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and safety indicators other indexes before and after treatment.Results:1?In the overall effect, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.9%, and the total effective rate of control group was 52.6%. The chi square test P<0.05, the difference of treatment effect of two groups was very significant. These results showed that treatment of Jinkui Shenqi Pill decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is significantly better than that of simple western medicine treatment.2?In improvement of TCM syndromes, the treatment group can effectively improve the TCM syndrome. Pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the most significant difference(P<0.01);compared with the control group before and after treatment is no statistical difference,(P>0.05). The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. After treatment, the difference between the two groups was very significant(P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome.3?As a urinary protein efficacy indicators, 24 h urinary protein quantitation and UAER, Pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the most significant difference(P<0.01); compared with the control group before and after treatment is no statistical difference,(P<0.05). After treatment, the difference between the two groups was very significant(P<0.01),which showed that the treatment group was betterthan the control group in decreasing urinary protein volume.4?In the protection of renal function, the level of SCr and BUN in the treatment group were very significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01); compared with the control group before and after treatment, the results showed that( P>0.05), the data were not statistically different. After treatment, the difference between the two groups was very significant(P<0.01).It shows that Jinkuishenqi pill decoction combined with western medicine treatment has a good curative effect in improving renal function, however, the simple western medicine treatment has no effect on improving renal function.5?Glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose as the index of blood glucose,Pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the most significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). It showed that the treatment group and the control group had an effect on decreasing the blood sugar, but there was no significant difference between the two groups.6?TC, TG, as the blood lipid index, Pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the most significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with the control group before and after treatment, the results showed that(P<0.05), the data were not statistically different.After treatment, the difference between the two groups was very significant(P>0.05). It shows that the treatment group and control group in reducing blood lipids have a certain effect, but there was no difference between the two groups.Conclusion :The results of this study showed that compared with simple western medicine treatment, Jinkuishenqi pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy treatment effect is better. Especially in the improvement of TCM syndromes, reduce urinary protein and improve renal function, the effect is significant. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, the overall treatment of patients with syndrome differentiation, clinical addition and subtraction,Combined with western medicine treatment, the treatment group has a significant effect.The research results show that in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, the therapeutic effect of Jinkui Shenqi Pill Decoction decoction combined with western medicine to significantly better than single western medicine treatment. The results of this study show that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a uniqueadvantage in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
