Research On TCM “Preventive Treatment Of Disease” Thought In Comparison With“Health Promotion” Concept

Objective:To explore the link and reference point between the Preventive treatment of disease thoughts and health promotion theory,the author summarized and finished their origin and connotation.Combined with the Preventive treatment of disease thought of the ancient and modern application methods, interventions,and the domestic use of health promotion concept,to establish health promotion mode based on the Preventive treatment of disease for regulating elderly,pregnant women and children specially,then analyzed the applying advantages of this binding mode.Methods:This article mainly used the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine research methods of the literature reorganization,combined with the theoretical analysis,logical induction,philosophical reasoning and other comprehensive methods.Through investigating the philosophy, literature, history, medicine and other related literature before the Qin and Han Dynasties, summarized the origin sense of Anti in preventive treatment of disease thought. Finished and summed up intervention methods of preventive treatment of disease in mode of life from ancient medical books about health maintenance.Found the origin and development of health promotion by analyzing modern literature domestic and overseas.Compared preventive treatment of disease thought and health promotion conception by means of logical analysis.Contents:The purpose of preventive treatment of disease was achieving the balance of yin and Yang,so the books of health maintenance collected some intervention methods of dieting,sexual intercourse,massage,sleep,bath, dwellings, emotions,abstain from alcohol or smoke,and so on.But each book had its own emphasis,this paper will be summarized as life style of preventive treatment of disease,in order to promote balance of yin and Yang in daily life.In order to achieve the health in level of body-psychological-social, Health promotion concept mainly reflected in the formulation of health policies and promoting a healthy lifestyle,and through health education to improve people's health literacy and promote health. 1. Analyzed the ancient books related to the thought of preventive treatment of disease,textual research the origins from the anti consciousness in images of the trigrams and the ancient philosophers. 2. Finished preventive treatment of disease of the health maintenance method access to ancient medical books, to collect the actual available health methods for the individual life style comprehensively and systematically. 3. Explored the the source and connotation of health promotion by analyzing the domestic and foreign modern literature, and summed up its expression for the health needs nowadays. 4.Combined TCM preventive treatment of disease thought with modern health promotion concept as the coherence point of lifestyle, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, displaying its application value.Conclusion:TCM “Preventive treatment of disease” thought emphasized individual intervention to promote health, the concept of "health promotion" emphasized the establishment of macro policy and the popularization of health knowledge in order to improve the health literacy of the population. Establish three sensitive populations of overall health maintenance mode based on the advantage of TCM “Preventive treatment of disease” thought and "health promotion" concept.
