Research On The Operation Scheduling Problem Of Earthquake Victims With Learning Effect

With the occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquakes, the post-disaster emergency rescue has been an important mean to reduce casualties. The Operation Scheduling Problem of earthquake victims in the Learning Effect pattern has gradually aroused people's attention, the research results of which can effectively reduce casualties by disasters such as earthquakes. through the analysis of operation scheduling on the condition of earthquakes, then combines the Operation Scheduling and Hybrid Flow Shop Scheduling, and take the embed effect of learning of the medical team,building a math model of Operation Scheduling,using improved Glowworm Swarm Optimization, which leads to a high efficiency of earthquake victims operations.Firstly, this paper concludes and organizes research results in this research field by scholars both in the domestics and overseas, and carries on a comprehensive review to the research methodology, model, and algorithm involved to Operation Scheduling and Learning Effect under the uncertain circumstance.Next, through contrastive analysis about Victims Operation Process and Hybrid Flow Shop Scheduling, We establishes mathematics model of earthquake victims Operation Scheduling Problem based on the Hybrid Flow Shop Scheduling, and analyzes characteristics of operation on the earthquake condition, to determine the constraint condition of mathematics model and objective function of operation scheduling.In the end, aiming at the characteristics of Operation Scheduling Problem, this paper improves the encoding of Glowworm Swarm Optimization, and updates rules as well as algorithm code design, to bring in disturbance mechanism of Variable Neighborhood Search. It proves the feasibility of this algorithm by simulation research of algorithm examples, and the effectiveness of Operation Scheduling Problem by Learning.
