Reasonable emergency rescue operation is an important means to reduce the casualty of the emergency.In order to meet the needs of emergency rescue work in our country and to ensure that the casualty can get fast and efficient treatment,the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem based on operation flow analysis,considering time,cost,risk factors,were constructed under certain conditions the operation scheduling of single target model under uncertainty operation scheduling single objective model and under certain conditions the operation scheduling of multi-objective model,using the improved variable neighborhood firefly algorithm,a hybrid intelligent algorithm and NSGA-II algorithm respectively to solve the optimization,and provides a reference for operation scheduling study on the future of the hospital.Based on the combination optimization theory,fuzzy theory and entropy weight-Topsis evaluation method,the operation scheduling model is studied.Through the improved intelligent algorithm to solve the model,the scheduling optimization of the model is achieved.The main research work is as follows:(1)The emergency rescue as the background,operation scheduling model at home and abroad and the methods of solution are presented according to the analysis,summed up under certain conditions to construct a mathematical model of single objective operation scheduling,and proposes a new improved variable neighborhood firefly algorithm to solve the problem,finally through the simulation results,and compared and analysis of genetic algorithm and discrete firefly algorithm,proves the superiority of the improved variable neighborhood firefly algorithm,which can effectively solve the operation scheduling problem.(2)The operation scheduling process with many fuzzy uncertain factors,such as the operation time and cost uncertainty,which will affect the final operation scheduling optimization effect,so this paper studies on the risk level operation scheduling,time,cost and reliability factors under uncertain conditions is constructed the mathematical model of single objective operation scheduling,the hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve the model,an example to prove the maneuverability of the model.(3)The operation scheduling process,involving a variety of operation resources in the shortest time under the premise of scheduling,so this dissertation under certain conditions to construct a mathematical model of multi-objective scheduling problem of operation,through the NSGA-II algorithm for solving the mathematical model,the simulation of operation scheduling examples,obtained the Pareto solution set,the standardized data processing.Finally,applying entropy-Topsis method to select thebest combination evaluation scheme,has guiding significance for the future of hospital operation scheduling.
