Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fine-Tune Formula 5 in the treatment of bone loss induced by Letrozole. Methods:Postmenopause patients with ER/PR positive breast cancer (41 cases) were divided into two groups. Treatment group taken Fine-Tune Formula 5 together with Letrozole. Bone density T-score, ALP, blood calcium, TCM symptom score, body condition score, sex hormonal level, liver and kidney functions and other indexes were detected. Results:Post-treatment T-score of treatment group shows significant difference from pre-treatment score and control group. ALP, calcium, body condition score showed no significant change. Sex hormone stayed at menopause level and liver and kidney function lied on normal range.
