Study On The Relationship Between The Degree Of Coronary Angiography In Vascular Lesions And TCM Syndrome Type And The Pulse

Purpose: Through the study on the relationship between vascular lesions and syndrome and pulse in the coronary angiography(CAG)and improve the diagnosis of coronary heart disease diagnosis rate,thereby enriching and direct coronary heart disease in TCM diagnosis and treatment.Method: Select 100 cases of chest pain in our hospital for coronary angiography in hospitalized patients as the research object.Coronary angiography before complete history,coronary heart disease related risk factors and TCM symptoms,tongue,pulse like collection,record,and make TCM syndrome types,namely,the completion of a questionnaire.The pulse of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and established in practice for at least 5 years,the deputy director and above under the guidance of doctors completed.Coronary artery angiography using standard techniques,recording results of coronary artery disease.Using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for data analysis,statistical TCM syndrome and the pulse and coronary angiography vascular lesions.Result: There are significant differences(P < 0.05)the set of candidate among different lesion vessels,Qiyinliangxu Syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis of vascular lesion vessels,multivessel disease;Qi stagnation and phlegm dampness syndrome group coronary vascular lesions involving the count less,normal or single branch lesion.The set of candidate between coronary artery with different degrees of stenosis exist significant difference(P < 0.05),Qiyinliangxu Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome of coronary stenosis severity,severe stenosis,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness syndrome group coronary stenosis degree of light,more common in mild to moderate lesions.The set of candidate between coronary artery lesions integral different subsection is significant difference(P < 0.05),Qiyinliangxu Syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group lesions high points,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of coronary artery disease group integral is low.The pulse group between different vascular lesion vessels exist significant difference(P < 0.05),pulse is fine string slip more than several group vascular lesions involving the count,multivessel disease.The pulse groups in different coronary artery stenosis degree there is a significant difference(P < 0.05),string thin slippery group coronary stenosis,unsmooth pulse group for mild stenosis.The pulse group of coronaryartery disease scores of different segments of significant differences(P < 0.05),wiry pulse group lesion score high.Conclusion: A correlation between coronary artery lesion and TCM syndrome and the pulse,Qiyinliangxu Phlegm Blood stasis group and palpation is a wiry slide indicates the severity of coronary artery lesions heavier,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness syndrome group showed a lesser degree of coronary lesions,more common in early lesions,in patients with coronary heart disease diagnosis and pre provide certain reference value.
