| Objective: To observe the clinical practice law tonsil parenchyma branded efficacy of treatment of chronic tonsillitis,objective evaluation of its clinical effectiveness,complications,and safety.Methods: A randomized controlled single-blind study method,60 patients will comply with the standard 1/1 ratio in accordance with the computer randomly divided into treatment group mathematical table method(tonsil parenchyma branded Act)and the control group(tonsil surface branded Act)n = 30.By contrast observed before and after treatment symptoms and signs,the number of repeated acute episodes within a year,and the quality of life improvement of quality score,and compared between the two groups branded treatment of postoperative pain time,off time and pseudomembranous rule number two branded differences in efficacy between the two groups comprehensive assessment.Results: The time difference between the two groups in terms of pain during treatment pseudomembranous off time and no significant(P> 0.05),pre-treatment follow-up after treatment symptom score,integral signs,recurrent acute episodes within a year,the quality of life rates was statistically significant(P <0.05),there are significant differences before and after treatment,compared between the two groups(P> 0.05)no significant difference in the two groups with the number of treatment tonsil hypertrophy comparative observation(P <0.05),in the tonsils Ⅱ °,Ⅲ ° next big case treatment group than the control group,the number and duration of treatment was significantly shorter than the control group,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion: Treatment of tonsil parenchyma branded chronic tonsillitis reliable clinical efficacy,safety,treatment can significantly reduce the number of branded,shorten treatment,improve symptoms,signs,recurrent times,improve patient quality of life,and to do deeper research promotion treatment. |
