Longdan Xiegan Decoction In The Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease And Chronic Pelvic Pain (the Heat Accumulation) Clinical Research

Objective: This study refers to the case is clinical observation of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in treatment of the clinical curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain damp heat accumulation type,to facilitate a deeper understanding of the disease and find better treatments.Methods: This study by gathering clinic in 72 cases of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in women with chronic pelvic pain(damp heat accumulation type)patients and take the semi random,single blind,parallel group study method,according to the case observed has grouped in order,odd number for the treatment group,even numbers is control group,of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain in patients with clinical observation of comprehensive system.Results: In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 77.8%,total effective rate is 69.4% in the control group,by statistical analysis of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain damp heat accumulation type clinical efficacy than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The method of TCM treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae is safe and reliable,the clinical observation found,Longdan Xiegan Decoction for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain damp heat accumulation type effect(P < 0.05),it is worth further clinical promotion and recognized by the majority of patients compatriots.
