| Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy difference between acupuncture Renzhong Point combined with pulling and turning tact in treating acute lumbar sprain.Method: Selection in January 2015-July 2015 in The Affiliated Hospital To Changchun University of Chinese Medicine orthopaedic clinic on 50 cases of patients with acute lumbar sprain,this study included in the standard.Will randomly 50 cases of patients with acute lumbar sprain is divided into two groups,each group of 25 cases,the treatment group was given acupuncture Renzhong Point combined with pulling and turning tact in treating acute lumbar sprain and the control group given acupuncture Renzhong Point treatment.Result: Treatment group patients with 25 patients were cured,22 cases,accounting for 88%;Improvement in 3 cases(12%),0 cases were not cured.Patients with the control group of 25 patients were cured,13 cases,accounting for 52%;Improvement in 9 cases,accounting for 36%;With 3 cases,accounting for 12%.The treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group.Conclusion: Acupuncture Renzhong Point combined with pulling and turning tact in treating acute lumbar sprain of clinical curative effect is superior to simple acupuncture Renzhong Point,and has great value in clinical promotion. |
