The Research Of Insomnia Syndrome Of Chinese Medicine

Purpose: this topic through the patient's four diagnostic information gleaned from wakefulness,for insomnia,to quantify the groups of symptoms of patients with combined with tutor experience to determine the weight coefficient,to establish new wakefulness,early foundation for it.Methods: this study belongs to the cross-sectional study,comply with strict cases into and exclusion criteria,from clinical four diagnostic information,combined with a large number of literature and criteria for diagnosis of early research,and tutor's clinical experience,making the insomnia syndrome observation statistics and truthfully recorded the wakefulness,patient's personal information and four diagnostic information.After the data entry,fu,weighted,establishing database of symptoms,with the aid of excel system were analyzed.Results: 200 insomnia patients were included in the study,where 91 men(occupying45.5%),109 women(occupying 54.5%),the sex ratio is 1:1.2.The age range is 21-86 and average age is 49.6 where 46 people are more then 60,59 people are 50-59,48 people are40-49,29 people are 30-39,16 people are 20-29.Course of disease distribution :40 people are6-10 years,22 people are more then 10 years.symptom distribution :difficulty falling asleep,dream awaken,flustered,dry eyes,fatigue,dizziness,god upset,chest distress,tinnitus,shortness of breath,dry mouth,wake up,unable to sleep,irritability,loose stools,constipation,bitter mouth,night sweats,depressed,good heave a deep sigh,urine yellow,chills,hot flashes,sleep,sleepless nights,yi jing,five upset hot,heart palpitations,lumbar acid,limbs cold,cold heart heat,easy to wake up,hands and feet,spontaneous perspiration,abdominal distension,irritability,loss of appetite,frequent urination,memory loss,low back pain,many thought,moving is sweat,hair loss,side rib pain,paranoid,bad breath,indifference,oral ulcer,stomach pain,etc.Frequency distribution listed in sheet 1,sheet 2.Conclusion: We have got weight coefficient of all kinds of symptoms in relevant syndromes through analyze symptom of 200 insomnia patients which will be shown in sheet 3,4,5;We have divided common symptom of insomnia into 7 kinds in original base of diagnostic criteria by analyzing : deficiency of heart and spleen symptom,deficiency of both qi and yin symptom,liver's qi stasis symptom,fire excess from yin deficiency,kidney and heart are out of balance,heart and syndrome of timidity due to deficiency of heart qi,syndrome of liver-fire distributing heart.
