Clinical Osteoporosis (Liver And Kidney Insufficiency) Treatment Of Postmenopausal Bone Atrophy Capsules

Objective:Bone impotent ling capsule treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type)clinical curative effect,and discusses its mechanism of action.Methods:Choose between January 2014 and January 2014 to our hospital during the period of the orthopaedic clinic on postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,patients will be included in the standard,according to the relevant methods a randomized,36 cases in treatment group distribution,giving oral bone impotent ling capsule treatment,4/time,3 times/day.Control group 36 cases,give oral faeries bone capsule treatment,3/time,2 times/day.For three months,the statistics of two groups of patients before and after treatment the overall curative effect and the change of BMD,E2,serum calcium,phosphorus,and the symptoms of lumbar debility etc.A professional using SPSS 19.0 statistical software to analyze data.Results:(1)symptom improvement aspect:scheme,respectively,compared with before treatment in both groups,syndrome observation indexes lumbar debility,lower limb impotent symptom such as soft have markedly improved,prompt bone impotent spirit with a fairy bone remains in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients(liver and kidney deficiency type)of treatment efficacy;Capsule group and bone impotent spirit in the main syndrome lumbar debility and time expression paralysis of lower extremities soft improve obviously better than that in control group(P<0.05);(2)bone mineral density(BMD)measurement results show that the two groups after drug treatment lumbar L2-4 bone mineral density according to the results were significantly increased,there are significant differences between before and after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting the two drugs both can effectively improve the postmenopausal osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type)in patients with bone mineral density,has the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type),but drug comparative differences between groups was not significant(P>0.05).(3)the physical and chemical indicators:comparison between serum calcium,phosphorus,and before and after the treatment group had no significant difference(P>0.05).E2 results show that the two groups before and after drug treatment has a significant difference(P<0.05),two groups of drugs for E2 levels all have certain adjustment function,but is no difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bone impotent ling capsule can be used in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type),the clinical curative effect and is worth popularizing application.
