It will be continued for Xugujiu Nebula lay a foundation in the development of clinical application.MethodGardeniae Fructus, Dipsaci Radix, Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, Rehmanniae Radix, Curcumae Longae Rhizoma and Rhododendri Mollis Flos were identified by TLC, the content of Jasminoidin, Asperosaponin ?, Osthole HPLC. Evaluation the safety of clinical usage of the Xugujiu Nebula was investigated.ResultThe spots in TLC was clear, the negative control was no interference. Content determination of Jasminoidin had good linear relationship between 0.1511?g to 2.518?g, the average recovery was 98.2%, RSD=1.4%(n=6). Content determination of Asperosaponin (?) average recovery was 103.2%, RSD=0.97%(n=6). Content determination of Osthole had good linear relationship between 0.050?g?1.0?g, the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD=1.4%(n=6). Safety evaluation point out that Xugujiu Nebula is a safe drug.ConclusionThe method is simple, accurate, specifie, high precision and good repeatability.
