Objective:Application Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)form,conduct survey for patients of hepatocellular carcinoma who prior to interventional treatment,to investigate the nutritional status for this people and to analyze the clinical significance.Materials and methods:1.303 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma patients in the second affiliated hospital of dalian medical university, who prior to interventional treatment in September 2014 to March 2015 were investigated.2.Using the PG-SGA to investigate the nutritional status for this people by professionals inquired about patients' nutrition support situations and activities before admitted to hospital, and related physical examination and laboratory tests(blood routine,APTT?PT-T,liver biochemistry, etc.)was performed Within 48 hours?3.Collect information and entry of excel software, according to the PG-SGA qua litative nutritional evaluation results for grouping patients, using SPSS17.0 software for different grouping patients' sex, age, stage and grade of the CHILD,BMI,blood routine, blood clotting, blood sugar, liver biochemistry for statistical analysis.Results:1.In 303 patients who prior to interventional treatment of liver cancer well-nourished accounted for only 16.8% of patients,a total of 51 cases. The remaining 83.2% of patients have different degree of malnutrition, severe malnutrition,be badly in need of nutritional support treatment,108 cases of patients, accounting for 35.6%.2.In 303 patients who prior to interventional treatment of liver cancer Male 249 cases, accounting for 82.2%,female 54 cases, accounting for 17.8%.Gender has no statistical significance with PG-SGA degree distribution(P > 0.05).3.In 303 patients who prior to interventional treatment of liver cancer CHILD A class patient 162 cases, accounting for 53.5%,CHILD class B patient 141 examples, accounts for 46.5%.CHILD grade has no statistical significance with PG-SGA degree distribution(P > 0.05).4.In 303 patients who prior to interventional treatment of liver cancer with BCLC A period(7.9%);B patients(56.4%);C,35.6%.18 cases(75%)in A period of patients with malnutrition,no severe malnutrition.132 cases of malnutrition(77.2%)in B period of patients with malnutrition,51 patients(29.8%)with severe malnutrition.102 cases(94.4%)of malnutrition in C period of patients,57 patients(52.8%)with severe malnutrition.Comparison of BCLC staging in the different PG-SGA degree distribution was statistically significant(P = 0.016).5.303 cases of prior to interventional treatment for Hepatocellular carcinoma patients' age,BCLC staging,PLT,AST,DB showed a positive correlation with PG-SGA degree;BMI,HB,A/G,ALB,PA showed a negative correlation with PG-SGA degree;and the CHILD classification,LYM,PT,APTT,ALT,TB are not related.BMI,A/G : well-nourished group(PG-SGA degree A)and malnut rition group(PG-SGA degree B + C)compare the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),mild-to-moderate malnut rition group(PG-SGA degree B)and severe malnut rition group(PG-SGA degree C)has no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);HB,PLT,AST,ALB,PA: C and A + B the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),A and B there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Age,DB: A and C difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The malnutrition rate before interventional therapy of liver cancer patients is higher, and nutrition screening assessment should be implemented for every patients.2.Before interventional treatment of liver cancer patients' age,BCLC staging,PLT,AST,DB showed a positive correlation with;BMI,HB,A/G,ALB,PA showed a negative correlation with nutritional status.3.Before interventional treatment of liver cancer patients' PG-SGA score had significant correlation with BMI,liver function,BCLC staging,It is a suitable nutrition assessment method for received interventional treatment of liver cancer patients.
