Study On The Mechanism Of Bushen Huoxue Granule In Treating Parkinson's Disease

[Objective] Bushen Huoxue is an important way for the treatment of Parkinson's disease, and has achieved good effect in clinical application. Methods for this is established by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine research, combined with a large number of clinical trials. This topic establish the animal model of Parkinson's disease in rats, using immunohistochemical test to observe the expression of rat's brain related protein changes and to explore the mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's disease, so as to provide theoretical basis for Parkinson's disease with Chinese medicine treatment.[Methods] Thirty-three SD rats were randomized into 6-OHDA-induced PD model group, BSHXG treatment group and normal control group. Immunohistochemical staining was observed in rats nigrostriatal TrkB,VEGF,Tau expression changes.[Results] The expression of VEGF in the normal group was similar with the model group and P>0.05; VEGF expression of the treatment group was significantly higher level than the model group and P<0.01, the difference is statistically significant; Compared with the normal group,treatment group VEGF expression was significantly increased and P<0.01, the difference had statistical significance;The expression of Trkb in the normal group was lower than the model group and P<0.01, the difference is statistically significant; Trkb expression of the treatment group was significantly higher level than the model group and P<0.01, the difference is statistically significant; Compared with the normal group treatment group Trkb expression was significantly increased and P<0.01, the difference had statistical significance; The expression of Tau in normal group and treatment group are both very close and P>0.05, statistical difference is not obvious; The model group tau expression was significantly enhanced compared with the normal group and P<0.01, the difference is statistically significant; The treatment group's tau expression was significantly decreased compared with the model group and P<0.01, the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion] The mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Granule in the treatment of Parkinson's disease may be by upregulating neurotrophic factor expression such as VEGF and TrkB to nutrition nerve cells, enhanced protein coagulation protein expression such as Tau,so as to inhibit the apoptosis of neuronal.
