| Objective This paper attempts to set up operable physiological- psychosocial-ethical integration treatment model and a set of simple, standardized, specific and feasible diagnosis and operation process in the hospital of clinical cardiology, aiming at providing some ideas and methods for medical model theory and the practice exploration.Physiological- psychosocial- ethical integration treatment model and empirical studies of the procedure of its clinical operation is be aimed at exploring and practicing the effectiveness of the model, to provide an empirical basis.And physiological- psychosocial- ethical integration treatment model is called "Three Li" treatment model for short. "Three Li" is closely related to the patient's three aspects about physical, psychological-social, ethical in the process of medical.Methods This paper is taking an example of empirical research of "Three Li" treatment model in cardiology, patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) as the research object, guided by the "Three Li" treatment model.Intervention group patients are treated by "Three Li" treatment model, the control group patients by routine treatment model.Results(1)After treatment, the intervention group of patients with unstable angina efficiency was 74%, effective rate was 21%, no efficiency was 5%; Control group of patients with unstable angina efficiency was 54%, effective rate was 33%, no efficiency was13%, the difference of intervention group and control group in statistical was significant(2 value is 6.89, p < 0.05). Intervention group of patients with abnormal ecg,the efficiency was 36%, effective rate was 50%, no efficiency was14%; Control group of patients with abnormal ecg, the efficiency was 32%, effective rate was 48%, no efficiency was 20%, intervention group and control group had no significant statistical differences(2 value was 1.07, p > 1.07).(2)Depression, anxiety, life style, life events scores of the patients of Intervention group were all lower than that of control group,the difference was significant.(3) "Which aspects of life have a larger effect on your disease", the number of the patients of intervention group was 4.80, the patients of control group was 3.00; "What to do is helpful for the recovery of your disease in life", the number of the patients of intervention group was 3.38, the patients of control group was 2.27. The score of the two projects, the intervention group were higher than control group, was significant difference.(4)Intervention group patients in the hospital satisfaction, total impression, overall satisfaction, service attitude and communication, disease inquiries and explain the situation, condition, and the interpretation of knowledge, check the interpretation, opinions adopted, attentive matters for hospital treatment effect, and were higher than control group, the difference was significant.Conclusion(1)Both of "Three Li" treatment model and routine treatment model could effectively improve the symptoms of patients with angina pectoris and abnormal ecg.And compared with routine treatment model, "Three Li" treatment model could significantly relieve symptoms in patients with angina pectoris.(2)Compared with routine treatment model, "Three Li" treatment model can significantly improve depression, anxiety, life style, life events of patients.(3)Psychological intervention of "Three Li" treatment model could improve patients 'consciousness and cognitive of factors and the styles of coping coronary heart disease(CHD).(4)Propose of ethical principle of "Three Li" treatment modelis and the practice in clinical improved the patient's satisfactionas in hospital, effectively improved the doctor-patient communication and relationship.In a word, "three" diagnosis and treatment patterns could omni-directional, systematic promote the service quality of patient, the implementation of the landing operation of "Physiological- Psychosocial- Ethical Treatment Model Operation Manual" was proved that "Three Li" treatment model in clinical practice was effective and feasible. |
