Study On The Active Components And Analgesic Effect Of Shenqi Powder

Shenqi Powder is Hospital Preparation which comes from Wuhan Kede Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and its composing prescription stems from Dr.Zhang Dezhong.The prescription consists with American ginseng,notoginseng,Hedyotis diffusa,Scutellaria barbata,and others 10 kinds of herbs.The prescription used for clinical tumor patients for more than 40 years,which can make them feel better,take control of the size of tumor,reduce pain of patients.By taking Shenqi Powder as the research object in this paper,guiding from the theory of TCM,through interdisciplinary research methods on the antitumor activity and analgesic effect were pharmacodynamic study and select the anti-tumor effective material parts and components to provide scientific experimental basis for the clinical curative effect of the hospital preparations,and to further interpret the anticancer efficacy material has laid a good foundation.Shenqi powder prescription is regarded as a whole,which separated of different chemical parts with the method of system solvent extraction.By screening antitumor activity of MTT assay,the effective material parts extract ed from the chloroform was determined.The effective material part inhibits proliferationion of A549 tumor cell,the average inhibition rate was 93.62%.The effective parts of antitumor material(chloroform extract)of Shenqi powder was seperated into six components by modern chromatographic separation methods.With antitumor activity screening tests indicated,that component 2,component 4 and component 6 have the obvious inhibitory for A549 cell.Eight monomeric compounds were isolated from component4 and component 6,which identified as Saikogenin F,Prosaikogenin D,Prosaikogenin F,Protopanaxatriol,?-sitosterol,SS-6,Methylester ursolic acid,Ginsenoside Rh2.The A549 tumor cells were selected as the subjects and screening the activity of the compounds above.The antitumor activity of compounds VI was significant,and the value of IC50 was 4.9?g/ml.With the analgesic effect method of acetic acid and hot plate used for Shenqi powder.From the results,we can find that the high dose componts of Shenqi powder has good analgesic effect,so its clinical efficacy can basised on the experimental results.
