The Clinical Observation Of Tonifying Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Treatment Of Demp Heat Stasis Type Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective: In this study, we focus on the improvement of chronic pelvic pain and irregular menstruation in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation, evaluating the clinical effect of the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis type, and to explore the effect mechanism of method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation, and to provide a basis for clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: The diagnosis of all cases are observed from March 2014 in Wuhan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in March-2015 expert of Department of gynaecology clinic for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients were observed in 60 cases, who were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated by method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation, and the control group were treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Fukeqianjin tablets. Two groups were treated with 1 menstrualcycles for 1 observation period, the co continuous observation of 3 menstrual cycles. Through the observation of two groups of patients after the comprehensive curative effect in the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles after the local signs of efficacy, the improvement of the two groups patients with gynecological B TCM syndrome curative effect, treatment, and follow-up treatment within 3 months after the recurrence rate, and the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software, measurement data using t test, count data using ?2 inspection, grade data using Ridit analysis.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups :the treatment group recorded 8 cases cured,17 cases seen remarkably effective, 3cases were seen obvious effects and 12 cases with no effect. The total effective rate was 93.3%; the control group cured 4 cases,12 cases were remarkably effective and 6 cases effective, 8 cases were seen with no-effect, the total effective rate was 73.3%.By statistical analysis, two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive effect of the treatment group is better than the control group. 2. Comparison of two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine symptoms: after treatment of TCM symptoms in the two groups were improved, especially in lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, abnormal menstruation, menstrual pain aggravate, abnormal vaginal discharge, Shenpi fatigue, defecate abnormal symptoms, the treatment group and the control group compared to the existence of significant differences(P < 0.05), treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group; but in sublingual vein abnormalities, the treatment group and the control group no significant difference(P > 0.05), and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group, but in treatment group with efficiency is higher than that of the control group. 3. Comparison of two groups of patients with local signs: local signs of two groups of patients were improved after treatment, statistical analysis, increase crude tenderness in uterine activity limitation tenderness and uterosacral ligament, the treatment group and the control group there is a significant difference(P < 0.05) compared to that curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group; in Appendix thickening and tenderness, two groups has no significant difference(P > 0.05), efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group, but the efficiency of the treatment group have is higher than that of the control group. 4. Patients in the two groups after treatment in ultrasound tip attachment of pelvic effusion or masses:the treatment group recovery rate is 66.67% and recovery rate is 35.00% of the control group, two groups had obvious statistical difference(P < 0.05) compared to that in the treatment group in the treatment of pelvic effusion or accessories package block effect is better than that of the control group. 5.Two groups of patients in three months after treatment the recurrence rate comparison: treatment group 13.33%, control group 46.43%, two groups had obvious statistical difference(P < 0.05), Long term effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with dampheat and blood stasis syndrome is better. According to the characteristics of the menstrual cycle in different periods of kidney yin and Yang Qi and blood changes, the kidney Thursday therapy, and does not take into account the menstrual cycle characteristics compared to the Fukeqianjin tablets in the treatment adopted in non menstrual period, the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation is more effective,and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs. and can also reduce the recurrence rate of the patients within 3 months after treatment.
