Objective:Through the test to prove the clinical curative effect of Buzhong yiqi decoction treatment of impotence.Methods:Select patients diagnosed with ED in the patients to our hospital, make inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, according to the standard screen whom can enter treatment research object, randomly assigned according to random number table method, into two groups, the experimental group (A group) and the control group of western medicine (B group), respectively for treatment. The A group takes to Buzhong yiqi decoction for basic liquid form, the B Group taking Viagra. In the treatment of erectile function in patients both before and after the evaluation by the IIEF-5 questionnaire, respectively before and after treatment of the first, second, fourth week for erectile function evaluation. Statistical calculations in the two groups after treatment of efficient, observe the occurrence of ED verse reactions, and check the blood routine, the liver and kidney function and the electrocardiogram examination before and after treatment.Results:1 The problem 3?4 of Group A and group B treatment before and after treatment of 1 w,2 w contrast between groups, statistically significant difference (P?0.05).2 After treatment of 4 w, question 3,4,5 score results comparison between group A and B, there was no statistically significant difference (P? 0.05).3 E and C group effect treatment comparison after 4 weeks, the result has no statistical significance (P?0.05)4 Group E finds no ED verse reactions, and can significantly improve patients with symptoms.Conelusion:Buzhong yiqi decoction treating ED has obvious curative effect, long-term efficacy as good as Viagra, and no adverse reaction, has low cost, good effect, and comprehensively improve patients with status of advantage, is worth popularization in the treatment of ED, collaborative treatment or even replace the existing PDE-5 first-line treatment.
