Objective:On patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes Mean Platelet Volume (Mean Platelet Volume, MPV), the change of the WBC parameters and whether there is correlation between, analyze the related risk factors for coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease (CHD) combined with type 2 diabetes prevention and treatment for sensitive indicators.Methods:1. Retrospectively collected in March 2015 to December 2015, the second people's hospital of yunnan province heart coronary angiography examination of some patients with a history data of 146 cases with simple CHD group 92 cases,72 cases of male, female 20 cases, mean age 59.16+/-13.76 years, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group of 54 cases, male 37 cases,17 were women, mean age 65.02+ /-11.75 years old. In addition to collect in the same period history data of 54 patients with type 2 diabetes,32 cases of male, female 22 cases, with an average age of 58.85+/-10.87 years,32 cases of healthy physical examination related information, male 20 cases, 12 cases women, average age 60.66+/-7.02 years. Collection includes gender, age, smoking, drinking, hypertension, diabetes, total Cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, HDL-C), Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterin, LDL-C), uric acid, creatinine, white blood cell count, neutrophils absolute value, neutrophil percentage, platelet count and platelet distribution width, average blood platelet volume and platelet deposited and the result of coronary angiography.2. The group is as follows:In patients with type 2 diabetes for group B, coronary heart disease (CHD) patients in group C, patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes in group D, and gather with the healthy check-up period for group A, as A control, analysis and comparison the platelet count and platelet distribution width, MPV, platelet deposited, leukocyte count, neutrophil percentage, neutrophils absolute differences in four groups, MPV, respectively, and white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, neutrophils absolute correlation between coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes and related risk factors.Results:1. Type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes and health groups in gender, age, height, weight, smoking, drinking in the baseline data such as no significant difference (P> 0.05).2. Platelet parameters comparison:the platelet count in four groups of numerical difference (P= 0.48); Coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus group compared with control group the platelet deposited, elevated MPV, the most obvious (P< 0.05); Platelet distribution width are differences in four groups (P= 0.04). Compared with the control group, platelet deposited on coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group increased obviously, the most significant increased coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group (P< 0.05); Compared with control group, the MPV in the group of type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group increased significantly, compared with type 2 diabetes mellitus group MPV in coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Compared with the control group, platelet distribution width in the group of coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes significantly broadening, compared with type 2 diabetes mellitus group platelet distribution width in the group of coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes significantly broadening, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).3. White blood cell parameters comparison:in four groups, compared with control group, the white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, neutrophils in absolute value in coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus group increased significantly (P< 0.05). Compared with control group, the coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group significantly increased WBC count, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group of white blood cell count was increased significantly (P< 0.05); Compared with the control group, percentage of neutrophils in the group of type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease increased, with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus group increased more obviously (P< 0.05); Compared with the control group, the group of coronary heart disease (CHD), with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes group of neutrophils absolute value increases, coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes group of neutrophils absolute value increased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).4. Pearson correlation analysis:MPV and no correlation between WBC count, there was no statistically significant difference (P= 0.37), MPV was associated with a significant neutrophil percentage, the difference was statistically significant (P= 0.009), MPV and significant correlation of absolute value of neutrophils, difference was statistically significant (P= 0.03). Therefore, MPV and neutrophil percentage, significant correlation of absolute value of neutrophils.5. Coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes risk factors of unconditioned Logistic regression analysis:the high blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL-C-C, uric acid, creatinine, fasting blood sugar, white blood cell count, neutrophils absolute value, MPV, gender, age, vascular lesions counts, smoking, drinking, B value are:0.13, 0.12,0.12,0.13,0.01,0.003,0.003,0.01,0.13,0.04,0.13,0.02,0.44,0.02,0.44, OR values were 0.73,1.12,0.54,2.23,1.00,1.00,0.55,1.04,0.88,0.96,2.10,1.02,0.65,0.98, 0.65, P values were 0.20,0.86,0.28,0.34,0.22,0.98,0.22,0.98,0.00,0.60. Results in low density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid, fasting blood sugar is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes.Conclusions:1. Increased MPV and platelet distribution width broadening, platelet deposited with increment, percentage of neutrophils, neutrophils higher absolute value is associated with coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes. Therefore detection of MPV and platelet distribution width, platelet deposited, neutrophil percentage, neutrophils absolute value can be used as observation of the coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus severity index.2. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, elevated uric acid, elevated fasting glucose as an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes.
