The Clinical Effect Study Of Acupoint Application In Treatment To Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney)

Objective:Chronic fatigue syndrome(Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney) patients is the research object in this study. Basing on making plaster which is beneficial to kidney,integrating meridians,acupoints and drugs into the whole,the research uses comprehensive of painless,green and comfortable acupoint sticking therapy to treat chronic fatigue syndrome,and to evaluate objectively the clinical effect of Acupoint Application in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome,in order to provide the clinical basis for the development and application of the plaster which is beneficial to kidney.Methods : The selected patients were randomly assigned numbers using SPSS software.60 patients were divided into two groups(the treatment group and the control group)with ensuring that the balance of each group were in the age,sex,course of disease and other general data packets. The treatment group uses the plaster applying acupoint;control group is Vaseline with 10% semen brassicae applying acupoint. Two groups of drugs is distributed random to follow the "double-blind".Results : Scores before and after treatment of the treatment group has significant differences within group comparison in FS-14 Poncirus,FAI and TCM syndrome(Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)(P<0.05),to explain that the plaster which is beneficial to kidney can alleviate the fatigue degree of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney of chronic fatigue syndrome patients. Scores before and after treatment of the control group has not significant differences within group comparison in FS-14 Poncirus and FAI(P>0.05), but it has significant differences in TCM syndrome(Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney),(P<0.05),to explain that simple acupoint stimulation can improve the spleen kidney yang deficiency condition of chronic fatigue syndrome patients. Scores before and after treatment of the treatment group and the control group has significant differences(P<0.05),to explain that the plaster which is beneficial to kidney is more effective than simple acupoint stimulation.Conclusion:So,both the treatment group and the control group were able to alleviate chronic fatigue syndrome in patients with Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and the treatment group is more effective than the control group,the role of time is also longer.Therefore concluded that acupoint application with the plaster which is beneficial tokidney is one of the effective method for the treatment of chronic and comprehensive fatigue,and can be in clinical treatment.
