Based On The Hospital Information Management System For Stroke Patients And The Study Of The Factors Of The Relapse

Purpose: To study the result in a risk factor for recurrence of stroke patients and their level of study.Method: Using prospective,multicenter,large sample,through HIS(hospital information management system)screening all stroke patients from 2013 to 2014,according to the history information of stroke and hospital diagnosis sift into the recurrent stroke and stroke new happen 2 classes.Through the analysis of patients’ basic information,past medical history,family history,smoking,alcohol consumption,physical and chemical inspection,diagnosis,analysis the risk of stroke recurrence factors and influence degree of recurrence.Result: Stroke recurrence in age between the ages of 44-84.Accounting for78.28%.including 54-64 year old rate was highest.Accounting for 30.11%;including of 64-74 year old times.Accounting for 26.57%;incidence of 74-84 year old ranks third.Accounting for 21.60%(P<0.05).Stroke recurrence in 1780 patients.1037 cases of male patients 65.38%.743 women 42.80%(P<0.05).Stroke recurrence in patients with university or above accounted for 13.54%;The high school diploma accounts for 86.46%(P<0.05).In patients with stroke recurrence the merge to form hypertension 53.70% greater than 41.76%.Stroke new happen patients merge always high blood pressure,Merger always diabetes stroke recurrence in 22.01 greater than stroke new happen by12.45%(P<0.05).Frequent drinkers accounted for 21.57%,higher than new stroke scale,often is risk factor of stroke after drinking,P < 0.05).Vegetarian mainly in stroke after the new hair,slightly higher than the stroke(P < 0.05.Syndrome of stroke incidence of phlegm obstruction type winding is highest,accounting for 38.46%;Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,16.07%,P < 0.05.Single factor Logistic regression: to study the risk factors of stroke recurrence with age,sex,educational level,history,past history of diabetes,high blood pressure often drinking,vegetarian food is given priority to,syndrome factors such as compared to the new stroke was statistically difference(P < 0.05).GeneralizedBoosted model: the results showed that six former influence the biggest variables:family history of coronary heart disease;Family care;Syndrome;Past history of hypertension;Weight;History of diabetes.Conclusion: The study of the factors of the stroke recurrence has important significance to guide clinical.On the one hand to stroke patients secondary prevention;On the other hand to guide the doctor’s clinical diagnosis and treatment,to avoid a stroke attack again.
