Ischemia Stroke(Phlegm Network Card) Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cu Jian Particles

Purpose: In this experiment,observation and analysis of the primary efficacy endpoint and secondary efficacy indicators,using internationally accepted diagnostic criteria,evaluation standard,evaluation of Cu Jian particles on treatment Ischemic stroke recovery(phlegm network card)Clinical fficacy.Method: This paper intends to patients Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine inpatients admitted Ischemia stroke(phlegm network card)will meet the inclusion criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(30 cases)two groups of patients were aspirin enteric-coated tablets,100 mg,orally,once daily,on the basis of the test group add services to promote healthy granules,twice daily 1 for 8 weeks plus 6 months follow-up,by the primary efficacy endpoint,the incidence of 180 days to determine mRS?2 modified Rankin scale score and the percentage of secondary efficacy endpoint activities of daily living(ADL)Competence scale(Barthel index): BI?75 points ratio,NIHSS scale and TCM waiting to determine efficacy differences observed efficacy of the standard of comparing the two groups,in order to demonstrate the efficacy of the particles promote health.Result: Through clinical observation and statistical analysis,two groups of patients gender,age,no significant difference on the course,both groups were comparable(P> 0.05);after treatment were observed in a modified Rankin Scale score,NIHSS score,there was no significant difference(P> 0.05)ADL score and score on TCM Syndrome,but the two groups in the first six months of follow-up ratio of the experimental group on the modified Rankin scale ?2 points higher,test BI?75 group was significantly higher than the proportion in both groups at 6 months follow-up NIHSS score,TCM Syndrome scores than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Promoting health granule treatment of ischemic stroke recovery(phlegm network card)clinical efficacy,better than only aspirin enteric-coated tablets,not only can improve the patient's ability to live and can reduce patient morbidity.
