Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Acute Stage Of Ischemic Stroke With Tonghua Huayu Decoction Method

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongfu Huayu Detoxification in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke(?????),evaluate its effectiveness,and evaluate its safety.METHOD: In this study,72 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups,36 in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.On the basis of routine treatment with Western medicine,the patients in the treatment group were given Tongfu Huayu Detoxification,and the medication cycle was 2 weeks.The efficacy of the nodes before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 3 months of follow-up were selected for evaluation.By observing the changes of m RS,NIHSS score,BI index and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups,statistical software was used to analyze the results.RESULT: After statistical analysis of the improved Rankin scale,Barthel index,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and TCM syndrome scores,the two groups were compared before treatment,after treatment,and within the group(P<0.05),statistically significant,indicating the efficacy of both therapies ? After treatment,the modified Rankin scale,Barthel index,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups,(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group The curative effect was significantly better than the control group?In terms of total clinical efficacy,there were 33 effective patients in the treatment group and 25 effective controls in the control group.The total effective rate was 94.3% and 71.4%,respectively.The total clinical efficacy group was compared(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.Better.IN CONCLUSION:The traditional Chinese medicine Fangtong Quhua Huaxie Decoction method has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(?????),and the curative effect is better than that of traditional Western medicine.
