| Purpose: Observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of controlled release formulations of xian yuan fang enema in treatment of pediatric abdominal type anaphylactoid purpura(dampness-heat of gastrointestinal syndromes).And reliminary evaluation the effectiveness and safety.Confirm the clinical effect of this treatment program,aimed at improving the clinical level of C hinese medicine ene ma in treatment of pediatric abdominal type anaphylactoid purpura(dampness-heat of gastrointestinal syndromes).Method: Random screening 60 cases of pediatric abdominal type anaphylactoid purpura(dampness-heat of gastrointestinal syndromess)patients in line with Western medicine clinical diagnosis,were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients treated,given basic western anti-inflammatory,symptomatic treatment,with the controlled release formulations of xian yuan fang enema,once a day,three days for a course;control group of 30 patients received basic western anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment,2 group observed three common courses.Result: Treatment group cure 18 cases,6 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 86.67%,Control group 15 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,effective in 3,the total effective rate was 76.67%.After statistics analysis,P < 0.05,significant difference was found in two groups of experiment results,the total curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusion: The remarkable treatment effect of controlled release formulations of xian yuan fang enema in treatment of pediatric abdominal type anaphylactoid purpura(dampness-heat of gastrointestinal syndromes).With no obvious abnormal changes before and after the enema,also did not find any gastrointestinal adverse reactions and drug allergy.Prompt this therapy is effective,provide new methods and ideas for C hinese medicine treatment of children with abdominal purpura,worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
