Fu An Decoction Herbal Fumigation Treatment Of Vulva Clinical Observation Of Vulva Dystrophy (Liver And Spleen Deficiency)

Purpose: To observe the effect of Fu An decoction herbal fumigation treatment of vulva Clinical observation of vulva dystrophy(liver meridian syndrome).Elaborated pathogeny and pathogenesis of the disease.Evaluating the effect and advantages of Chinese medicine about external treatment To provide scientific basis for traditional Chinese medicine that treating pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.Method: In this study,in a specified time(December 2014-December 2015)to select 72 vulvar dystrophy(liver and spleen deficiency)patients,both treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic.And then this 72 patients divided into treatment group of 36 patients and a control group of 36 patients were standardized clinical observation.The treatment group with the self Fuan soup a day or so with water 2000 ml,boiling water to boil for 20 minutes with a sterile gauze filter after the stew into the tub,hot Washing the genitals,when the temperature is moderate after immersion affected area,every 15 to 30 minutes.The control group of 36 cases with Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Zhunzi H12020638,triamcinolone acetonide ointment,vulva rubbed medication.Both groups were in the net three days after menstruation medication,morning and evening,15 days for a course of treatment,continuous medication three treatment discontinuation efficacy and were followed for 3 months.Changes in signs and symptoms observed in patients with the treatment group and the control group using statistical methods to determine its clinical efficacy,and efficacy parameters of change indicators of relevance for statistical analysis.Results:the treatment group: 10 cases were cured,the cure rate was 28.7%;13 cases were markedly effective,36.1% improved significantly;12 cases were effective,efficient 33.3%;1 cases were ineffective,no efficiency of 2.8%,the total effective rate was 97.2%,control group: 3 cases were cured,the cure rate was8.3%;10 cases were markedly effective,27.8% effective rate;in 13 cases,efficiency of 36.1%;10 cases were ineffective,no efficiency of 27.8%,the total effective rate was 72.2%,compared with two groups of a total course of treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05),explain the treatment group in treatment of vulvar dystrophy efficacy was better than the control group.Conclusion: Herbal fumigation method of treatment of vulvar dystrophy green effective,safe and reliable.Experiments show that the effect of the treatment group vulvar dystrophy(liver and spleen deficiency)is significantly better than the control group.
