Explore The Clinical Course Of Yangxueyufeng Granules In Treating Vulvar Dystrophy (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To explore the clinical course of yangxueyufeng Granules in treating vulvar dystrophy (liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome), and provide an objective basis for clinical drug usage in vulvar dystrophy finally.Methods: Randomized and parallel controlled clinical trials were conducted. Collected120patients in accordance with vulvar dystrophy (liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome) inclusion criteria in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology during February2012to February2014. Randomly divided the patients into3groups:4weeks treatment group,8week treatment group and12weeks treatment group and make sure40cases in each. Each group were given medicine Yangxueyufeng Granules oral, Pifukang Xiye and washing, Huang Qishuang external and proper life guidance, the improvment situation of various indexes were observed including the TCM syndromes, signs score and the total score of the three groups after treatment completion.Results:(1)The comprehensive curative effect:4weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was0.00%,8weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was7.9%,12weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was51.4%, three groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the best one was12weeks of treatment.The total integral:4weeks treatment group,8weeks group,12weeks treatment group after treatment compared with this group before treatment (P<0.05) were statistically difference. The comparison between three groups was statistically significant difference (P＜0.05), the comparison between two groups:treatment group compared with4weeks,8weeks of treatment group and12weeks group (P<0.05)showed significant differences, compared with the8week group,12week treatment groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). (2)Symptomatic efficacy of Chinese medicine:4weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was7.7%,8weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was68.4%,12weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was89.2%, three groups had significant difference (P＜0.05), the best one was12weeks of treatment.①TCM Syndromes:4weeks treatment group,8weeks group,12weeks treatment group after treatment compared with this group before treatment (P＜0.05) were statistically difference. The comparison between three groups (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The comparison between two groups:compared with4weeks group,8weeks group and12weeks group (P＜0.05) showed significant differences; compared with the8week group,12week course of treatment group had significant difference (P<0.05).②Vulvar itching and pain degree integral:4weeks treatment group,8weeks group,12weeks treatment group after treatment compared with this group before treatment (P＜0.05) were statistically difference. The comparison between three groups was statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). The comparison between two groups: compared with4weeks group,8weeks group and12weeks group (P＜0.05) showed significant differences; compared with the8week group,12week course of treatment group had significant difference(P<0.05).(3)Signs of efficacy:4weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was0.00%,8weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was0.00%,12weeks treatment group markedly effective rate was27%, three groups had significant difference (P＜0.05), the best one was12weeks of treatment.①The score of symptoms:4weeks treatment group,8weeks group,12weeks treatment group after treatment compared with this group before treatment (P＜0.05) were statistically difference. The comparison between three groups was statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). The comparison between two groups:compared with4weeks group,8weeks group and12weeks group (P＜0.05) have significant difference;compared with8weeks group,12weeks group (P>0.05)had no significant difference. ②Lesion area integral:4weeks treatment group,8weeks group,12weeks treatment group after treatment compared with this group before treatment (P＜0.05) were statistically difference. After treatment between the three groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).③Local hypopigmentation integral:4weeks treatment group,8weeks group,12weeks treatment group after treatment compared with this group before treatment (P<0.05) were statistically difference. After treatment between the three groups had significant difference (P<0.05). The comparison between two groups:compared with4weeks group,8weeks group and12weeks group (P＜0.05) showed significant differences;compared with8weeks group,12weeks group (P>0.05)had no significant difference.Conclusion:(1) The12weeks treatment group showed the best curative effect in TCM syndromes, signs of efficacy, the comprehensive curative3aspects in Yangxueyufeng Granules treating vulvar dystrophy (liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome).(2) The12weeks treatment group showed the best curative effect in removing itching among The Yangxueyufeng Granules for4weeks,8weeks,12weeks treatment groups. And3groups showed the same effect in improving skin lesions,and the8weeks and12weeks groups showed the same effect in improving the genital hypopigmentation.(3)The Yangxueyufeng Granules in the treatment of vulvar dystrophy (liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome) is safe and reliable. With prolonged treatment, the incidence of drug-related adverse events had no significant increase.
