Purpose: To observe the effect of Yi Shen Da Luo Decoction with the expression of GFAP and P2Y1 in the central nervous system of mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis,and to study the mechanism of the treatment of multiple sclerosis.Method: The nerve function evaluation of EAE mice incidence.To observe the pathological changes by HE staining.The expression of GFAP,P2Y1 in EAE mouse brain by immunohistochemical method.Results:Nerve function evaluation of data statistical analysis shows that in the model group and normal group,Chinese medicine group,hormone group compared to at least significant difference(P<0.05).The expression of GFAP protein was detected by immunohistochemical method.The normal group,model group,hormone group,Chinese medicine group of four different treatment effects on the expression of GFAP protein in the central nervous system of EAE mice was significantly difference(F=33.690,P<0.01);Two groups comparison showed that there were very significant differences between the model group and the normal group,Chinese medicine group,hormone group(P<0.01),there was very significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the normal group,the model group(P<0.01),there was significant difference between the hormone group and the normal group,model group(P<0.01).The ex pression of P2Y1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry method.In normal group,model group,hormone group,Chinese medicine group of four different treatment effects on the protein expression of P2Y1 in EAE mouse central nervous system is very significant difference(F=138.263,P <0.01);model group and normal control group,in treatment group,hormone group compared with significant difference(P<0.01).Using Pearson correlation analysis found that GFAP and P2Y1 are positively correlated(r=0.682,P<0.001),correlation is statistically significant.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of EAE is effective,and its mechanism is likely to be related to P2Y1,GFAP.
